• Duration: First Step lasts 1 minute, each following Step extends its current duration by 30 seconds.

Notes/Description Effect allows Magic Evasion to be lowered by about 10% for first step and 5% for each after. Can be stacked a maximum of 5 times. You do not need to be facing the monster to use this Step. Stacks with Sneak Attack. Does no damage but guarantees a 100% land rate. Success varies with melee accuracy. Can be stacked with Quickstep. Can be stacked with Box Step. Can be stacked with Feather Step. Stutter Step will not wake sleeping mobs.
