Abbreviation: STR
A base stat that is compared with an enemy's vitality as part of physical combat damage calculations in Final Fantasy XI.
Strength also has a direct impact on a character's attack and Ranged Attack. The table below breaks it down by weapon type. As of the December 2018 Version Update:
Weapon Type | Attack Increase per point of STR |
---|---|
Two Handed | 1.0 |
Main Hand | 1.0 |
Off Hand | 0.5 |
Hand-to-Hand | 0.75 |
Ranged | 1.0 (Ranged Attack) |
Strength is aligned with the element of Fire. Many fire-based items add STR to a character's Stats. Example: Ifrit's Blade
