Walkthrough
- Check the "Rally Point:Blue" (H-8) for a cutscene, and you will be given the key item: "Alchemical Signal Flare"
- Check the Excavated Snow and prepare for a fight.
- After the fight and the cutscene, return to the "Rally Point:Red" at (F-8) and check it for another cutscene.
Fight
You will enter into Ghoyu's Reverie.
- This is an Assault type mission.
- You have 30 mins after entry to complete this mission.
- Buffs wear upon entry.
- Exp. is not lost if defeated.
- Alchemical Signal Flare will be lost upon entry and if you fail will have to obtain another 1 which can only be obtained each Vana'diel day.
- Begin by talking to Antje who will give you an explanation of how to do this.
- Objective is to explode 24 charges throughout the tunnel.
- There is a Republic Ensign I near Antje which can be used to teleport around Ghoyu's Reverie. Very helpful for parties attempting this.
- There are Falxfang Tigers throughout the zone and will agro you on sight. They move at flee speed and cannot be slept, gravitied, or bound.
- If doing this Fight as a party.. recommend having one person do the running and explosions while rest of the party kills the tigers (they dont repop). If the runner fails.. talk to the next npc and it will warp them back to start.
- Failure to get to next npc before flee wears will end the run.(Only for you, as long as your party members still have flee you will not get the message "Mission failed. Report back to the captain without delay!") You will have to return to Antje to restart the run.
- If you cast invisible on yourself to get by tigers.. when you click it off to talk to next npc it cancels flee.
- Make sure everyone starts the run at the same time. Talking to Antje after people have started detonating the explosives will cause her to tell you "Mission failed. Report back to the captain without delay!".
- Once all 24 explosive charges have gone off return to Antje to exit the field and begin the cutscene.
