Walkthrough

1. Talk to Rasdinice to start the Campaign Ops.
2. He will send you to the Quartermaster (H-9).
3. The Quartermaster will ask you for an item. (He doesn't ask everyone for the same item, it can be AH'd or obtained from either Harvesting, Mining, or Logging.)
4. Trade the Item to the Quartermaster
5. Report to Rasdinice to receive your Allied Notes and finish the Mission.
