When active, increases user's ranged accuracy by an unknown amount.
If Hunter's Braccae are equipped, duration of this ability is increased to 1:00.
This is typically reserved for a Weapon Skill or Barrage.
As of the April 28th 2006 Update, the distance-accuracy modifier on ranged attacks is removed while this trait is active. However, the distance-damage modifier still imposed
