As of the 2011 update and the addition of Grounds of Valor in Bostaunieux Oubliette the location of this NM has changed it is now a Lottery Spawn from the Mousse around (I-9) of the second map at the end of a tunnel Possible that window for repop is approximately 2 hours after death. But sometimes the repop time has been a few hours longer Sewer Syrup can spawn anytime the placeholder is down, not just when it is due to respawn	N/A
