Notes/Description While Seigan is in effect, the recast time for Third Eye is halved. Third Eye may also anticipate or counter an attack without being consumed, though the chance that this will happen decreases over time. Hasso and Seigan do not stack. Like Weapon Bash or Hasso, this Job Ability requires a two-handed weapon. Ninjutsu, song, and magic recast times are doubled while Seigan is up.
