Background Info[]
God Save the Queen/King is an old phrase originally used at coronations dating from at least 973 and the King James Bible about protecting the monarch from death so that they could continue to rule over their subjects (Wikipedia). This would relate to the Cover effect on this weapon and the latent accuracy, as purposely placing oneself in this position to save someone (the Queen/King) would presumably endow one with extra concentration.
