Empty Cutter can hit up to 5000 damage on a NIN tank with Mighty Strikes up. Mighty Strikes usage is frequent, which can cause loss of hate. Healers in particular should take care to protect themselves. Able to Triple Attack during Mighty Strikes. (see testimonials)
