Without his two Doom skills, Revetaur is not exceptionally difficult, it just has a lot of HP. If your group can't zerg him down in under two~ minutes (90seconds of Savior's Tonic:Negate Doom + 30 for doom to proc), then a safe strategy, albeit resulting in a much longer fight, is to simply auto-attack Revetaur to death (Possibly going /dnc to use TP for restorative purposes). Also, popping off a Savior's Tonic for 90 seconds of Negate:Doom when the mob is fairly low, will allow you to zerg out his last remaining HP
