- When used, this warps the user to the Outpost in the region the user is currently in, but only if the user's nation controls the region and the user has done the Supply Run Mission to that region.

Cannot be auctioned, traded, bazaared, or delivered. 
Cannot be obtained as a random reward from the Gobbie Mystery Box Special Dial and similar sources.
