Notes/Description Proc rate currently unknown see talk page Can proc on a mob that is not your currently locked on target. Currently unknown if proc rate can be modified by stats or level difference or other buffs. Appears to have similar movement decrease as 1 Dusk item (Ie. Dusk Gloves). Unlike Counter, you still take damage with Retaliation You can Retaliate a monster's Counter. You gain tp on a retaliate similar to a normal melee hit.
