Walkthrough

Heptachiond, found at (H-8) of The Eldieme Necropolis (S) laments over his friend being stationed in Fort Karugo-Narugo, and speaks of his friend's incense.
After speaking with him, head to Fort Karugo-Narugo (S) and speak to Pecca-Pocca at (G-12) of the central spire area to receive the Sheaf of Handmade Incense.
Return the incense to Heptachiond for your reward.

Summary:

Heptachiond is running low on the incense he lights in prayer as an offering to the departed. Apparently, the incense is made by a friend who is now at Fort Karugo-Narugo.
