How to Obtain

Touch one of the Luminant spawns in Attohwa Chasm, then touch the Cradle of Rebirth at the top of Parradamo Tor before you get the first message saying, "The light from the Mimeo Stone is beginning to fade." The first message that the Mimeo Stone is beginning to fade will occur sixty seconds after you have touched a Luminant. Therefore, in order to obtain the Regain Feather, you must touch the Luminant and then touch the Cradle of Rebirth within one minute.
