- Self-target spell. Can be used with Diffusion.
- Roughly equivalent to the Black Magic spell, Ice Spikes, with an additional +12% defense boost.
- The defense boost overwrites the Defense Bonus from Cocoon; the Ice Spikes are unaffected.
- (As of the June 2010 update Cocoon will no longer overwrite the defense bonus from Reactor Cool.)
- Overwritten by and overwrites Ice Spikes.
- Potent Paralysis
