  • Ramuh is subject to a perpetuation cost based on the level of the Summoner. See Avatar Perpetuation Cost.
    • Ramuh's perpetuation cost starts at 3 MP/3s at level 1, becoming 15 MP/3s at level 99, before Refresh or Auto-Refresh effects.
  • Using Avatar's Favor with Ramuh active creates an aura granting Ramuh's Favor (Critical Hit Rate +) to party members within the area of effect.
  • Resistant to water- and lightning-based damage and enfeebling effects, including a very high resistance to Stun.
  • Weak against earth-based damage and enfeebling effects.

Blood Pact: Rage[]

Thunder IV 60 118 T Deals lightning elemental damage. Damage varies with TP.
Chaotic Strike 70 164 S Delivers a threefold attack that stuns target.
Thunderstorm 75 (Merit) 182 T Deals lightning damage to an enemy. Varies with TP. Additional merits add a 40% TP Bonus each.
Volt Strike 99 229 S Delivers a threefold attack that stuns target.

Blood Pact: Ward[]

Rolling Thunder 31 52 Gives party members within Area of Effect the effect of "Enthunder." Lasts 60 seconds. Each summoning magic skill level over the current skill level cap will add two seconds to the duration.
Lightning Armor 42 91 Gives party members within Area of Effect the effect of "Shock Spikes." Lasts 90 seconds. Each summoning magic skill level over the current skill level cap will add three seconds to the duration up to a maximum of 180 seconds.
Shock Squall 92 67 Temporarily prevents all enemies within area of effect from acting.

1 S/T column indicates whether a particular Blood Pact participates in Skillchains (S) or uses TP (T). Blood Pacts that use TP can be used as a Magic Burst; however, Astral Flow can also Magic Burst even though it does not use TP.
