Notes:
- Rafflesia cannot be charmed.
- They can be Aspired for MP.
- In Sarutabaruta, and possibly Fort Kargo, the Rafflesia seem to travel in pairs, keeping fairly close proximity to one another, almost as if there is a male and a female.
- In West Sarutabaruta (S) if the Rafflesia uses Floral Bouquet when a Bumblebee is near, the Bumblebee will attack you. Likewise, this will happen if a Death Jacket is nearby when it uses the move in Fort Karugo-Narugo (S).
Historical Background
Rafflesia arnoldii, is called "monster flower". It is a parasitic plant found in Southeast Asia. It grows within a host vine until emerging with a basketball-sized bud that develops a flower the size of a tire. It gives off a smell similar to a decaying corpse to attract flies which spread its pollen before the flower shrivels a few days after bloom.
