- Players must obtain an Elvorseal to participate in Domain Invasion.
- Spawns between 6~15 minutes after Naga Raja has been defeated, depending on the number of participants in Domain Invasion.
- Unity Concord leaders announce when Quetzalcoatl will spawn in 10 minutes. However, they do not reveal what its position will be.
- Horrid Roars from the front, Spike Flails from the rear, Charms from any direction.
- Spike Flail deals 25~30% of Max HP. Inflicts Terror and Warps out its primary target. Has a reduced detection angle (90 instead of 180 degrees) when determining its target.
- All drops are transferred automatically into players inventory; there is no treasure pool.
- Multiple kills required to unlock multiple levels of Accuracy++ Vorseal.
