Briefly gains a Shock Spikes effect when sitting that can do from 50-3700+ dmg, unknown what causes increased damage. Bloody Claw: Single-target Drain (200-800+). Ignores Utsusemi. Terror Eye: Cone Attack Terror. Terror lasts for 30 seconds if not avoided.	Possesses a slight Regain effect. Possesses no enhanced movement speed.

Historical Background

Quasimodo is the protagonist of the 1831 Victor Hugo novel The Hunchback of Notre-Dame. The character is a severely deformed human that was abandoned at a church as a baby and grew up sheltered from outside society. The connection in-game is tenuous; cathedrals traditionally have gargoyle statues and Quasimodo is associated with one such cathedral.
