Scintillating Rhapsody), talk to him and select the following: Show me the list > About the weapons. - Please note that you must trade ONE of the above items with the weapon to begin the process, then you may trade the rest along with the weapon to finish the upgrade. You do not need to have all 300 at once but you won't get max stats until you finish giving the full amount.
