  • Enspell and Spike effects count as a separate hit.
• Tested as lvl 90RDM/SCH with Light Arts new Tier of 380 skill available, 360 and 370 skill are the same strength.
• Can be over-written by equal or greater effect strength. Lesser strength will have no effect on target. No other effect will overwrite or block Phalanx.
• Stacks with other Defense and Damage Reduction buffs (or debuffs).
• Can be dispelled or removed manually.
• RDM80 and SCH80/RDM can get 300 skill at level 80 with relative ease. (AF/AF+1 leg armor plus any gear or merits(x2) that grant at least +4 enhancing skill.)
