• RDM can reach up to 320 Enhancing Magic Skill, or Phalanx(30).
• SCH/RDM can reach up to 317 Enhancing Magic Skill, or Phalanx(29).
• Paladin has a default cap of 210 enhancing, giving PLD/RDM -19 damage.
• BLM caps at 200 Enhancing Magic Skill, gibing Phalanx(18). With gear this can be increased to maximum 20.
• Can be over-written by equal or greater Effect strength. Lesser Strength will have no effect on target.
