This objective does not appear in your quest log, but it appears under RoE Quests in the Other category in the Records of Eminence menu.
After completing the previous quest Shifty Shades of Prey, you need to zone before this quest can be obtained, upon zoning back into Lower Jeuno you may receive the message "Perhaps it would behoove you to speak with Nantoto in Lower Jeuno (H-8)." if you are eligible. (NB: the message might not appear even if you are eligible. You can always speak to Nantoto to double-check).
Walkthrough[]
- After completing 103 separate objectives in Records of Eminence, talk to Nantoto in Lower Jeuno to unlock the Petals of Recollection objective in Records of Eminence and to obtain an Ouka Ranman.
- Activate the Petals of Recollection objective.
- Use the Ouka Ranman to complete the objective and receive 9 Sparks of Eminence and 10 experience/limit points.
- You must remember this location, as Remembrance of Flowers Past will require you to return to the same spot.
