Similar to 
Abyssite of Discernment, this periapt allows the player to occasionally see weaknesses in Voidwatch Notorious Monsters when using weapon skills or abilities. This item only gives a vague description. A Periapt of Sapience is required for specific descriptions of weaknesses.
- Using along with the
Periapt of Percipience, Periapt of Sapience, and Periapt of Clarity gives full insight into any weakness that a Voidwatch Notorious Monster has at a given time.
