Enchantment: Increases rate at which fishing skill is gained
- Enchantment lasts 20 minutes, the same as the re-use time, effectively allowing for a total of 60 hours of continuous enhancement (limited, of course, by the "fishing fatigue" 200 fish daily limit).
- Enchantment will wear off if you zone.
- Enchantment will wear off if you log out or get disconnected.
- Enchantment will wear off if you un-equip the ring.
- Enchantment will not wear off if you equip another rod. However, if you break your rod, repair it and re-equip it, it will wear off.
- With the enchantment on, you have an additional chance to get a skillup from any fish that you catch (if the fish can normally give you a skillup).
- With the enchantment on, it is possible to get two separate skillups from one fish--one from the ring, and one natural skillup.
- The effects of the enchantment stack from two rings. This means you get two enchantment buffs. You will not get more than two skillup events for a single catch.

How to Obtain[]
Cannot be auctioned, traded, or bazaared, but can be delivered to a character on the same account. 
Can be obtained as a random reward from the Gobbie Mystery Box Special Dial and similar sources.
