Enchantment: Increases rate at which fishing skill is gained

Enchantment lasts 20 minutes, the same as the re-use time, effectively allowing for a total of 60 hours of continuous enhancement (limited, of course, by the "fishing fatigue" 200 fish daily limit).
Enchantment will wear off if you zone.
Enchantment will wear off if you log out or get disconnected.
Enchantment will wear off if you un-equip the ring.
Enchantment will not wear off if you equip another rod. However, if you break your rod, repair it and re-equip it, it will wear off.
With the enchantment on, you have an additional chance to get a skillup from any fish that you catch (if the fish can normally give you a skillup).
With the enchantment on, it is possible to get two separate skillups from one fish--one from the ring, and one natural skillup.
The effects of the enchantment stack from two rings, giving you the chance to receive 3 skillups on 1 single fish.

Resale Price: Cannot be sold to NPCs.

Cannot be auctioned, traded, or bazaared, but can be delivered to a character on the same account.
