This objective does not appear in your quest log, but it appears under RoE Quests in the Other category in the Records of Eminence menu after it is unlocked.
Walkthrough[]
- After completing To Kill Mocking Birds and speaking to Duberasson in Western Adoulin, speak to Nantoto in Lower Jeuno and select the Silver envelope.
- Activate the Panta Rhei objective in Other > RoE Quests
- Obtain a Starfall Tear, Siren's Tear, and Ahriman Tears.
- Travel to the Luck Rune located at the southeast corner of Beaucedine Glacier (H-7) (one level down from the Survival Guide).
- Unity warp 125 to the Glacier is the fastest route.
- Trade the 3 tears to the Luck Rune to complete the objective.
