Further Notes
Will cast one single target nuke after Stormwind and one AoE enfeebling magic after successfully landing Blind Vortex. Has a fast cast effect that increases as his HP decreases. Under 25% it is almost an instant cast for Fire IV, Fire V, Aero IV, Aero V. Hate seems to be unstable, he go on random dds that is in melee agaist him.Major info needed.
