Notes:
- Lottery Spawn from the single Veteran Quadav found between (E-11) and (J-10)
- Can take multiple hours to spawn. 5 Minute respawn on Veteran Quadav, time adds up.
- Seems to favor the Quadav move Head Butt and will spam it at 30%.
- Soloable as a Drk 60. Not recommended though. Needed 2 hour to live.
- Easily soloed by fully buffed RDM55/THF15, found while farming.
