How to Obtain
Cannot be sold on the Auction House, but can be traded, bazaared, and delivered to a character on the same account. 
Cannot be obtained as a random reward from the Gobbie Mystery Box Special Dial and similar sources.

Varies from year to year, but you get one each game day for trading gil to the required NPC. The amount of gil inside matches the amount traded.
- Happy New Year 2018 - trade an amount of gil to a Festive Fenrir.
- 2019 - Trade gil to Chacharoon in Ru'Lude Gardens
