- Talk to Alisa, Fourth Outpost (D-11) (Conflux #08), to begin the quest.
- Talk to Malene, who mentions Bugul Noz.
- You may receive the Moon Pendant without talking to Malene but will be unable to continue with the quest upon returning to Alisa until you speak to Malene.
