Walkthrough

Repeatedly talk to Nanaa Mihgo until the quest is flagged.
- You may have to talk to her several times.
Optional: speak to Cha Lebagta.
Trade Nanaa Mihgo four Yagudo Necklaces to complete the quest and receive your reward.

Notes

This quest increases Tenshodo Reputation and does not increase Fame in Windurst.
- You need at least 212 Yagudo Necklaces total to achieve Lv.4 Tenshodo Fame, which is the required amount for the Utsusemi: Ichi quest.
  - Fame quests were updated and now you need far less, ~100 got me rank 8.
This quest cannot be flagged with THF AF1, THF AF2 or Windurst Mission 2-1 active. Holding a Marauder's Knife in your Inventory will also prevent you from flagging the quest.

Summary: If you want to befriend the infamous Cat Burglar, then you'll have to give her something she likes.
