• Appears to follow no specific formula as yet determined.
• Highly influenced by Blue Magic Skill and Magic Accuracy.
  • Soft cap at 165MP before Magic Burst and/or weather/day/staff effects, making it roughly equivalent to the Black Magic spell Aspir.
• The bonus from Dark Staff/Pluto's Staff affects both accuracy and amount of MP drained.
• The bonuses from weather/day effects and Anrin Obi affect both accuracy and amount of MP drained.
• Magic Burst affects both accuracy and amount of MP drained.
• INT does not affect the accuracy or potency of this spell.
• Unlike Magic Hammer, MP drained is not enhanced by Magic Attack Bonus and Magic Attack from Convergence.
• A positive Monster Correlation (when used against Birds), or a negative Monster Correlation (when used against Aquans), affects accuracy and appears to affect potency.
• Dark Arts increases effectiveness.
