Notes
- Spawns after the Weeping Willow is defeated. Will despawn if left unclaimed.
- Weeping Willow spawns every 21-24 hours.
- Has around 25,000 HP.
- Is able to use Blood Weapon in addition to normal Beetle special attacks.
- Casts Enstone, Stonega IV, Break. These spells have a nearly instant cast time.
- Stonega IV may deal as much as 600-700 damage when unresisted.
- Has an additional effect of Stun on attacks, but this does not trigger on every attack.
- Attacks faster than normal beetles.
- Immune to Sleep.
- Susceptible to Bind and Gravity, although Bind wears off very rapidly.
- Can be defeated by a party of 6 characters at level 60 or a party of 2 characters at level 75 (with blink tanking); Duoable by Black Mage at level 75; Soloable by Summoner at level 70 and by Red Mage, Dark Knight, Puppetmaster, Ninja, and Samurai at level 75. Also soloable by 75 Dragoon with RDM sub. Since he casts his spells every 30-40 seconds just run out of range when he's about to cast so your Wyvern doesn't get hit. Soloable by a well geared 75THF/37RDM (301 evasion skill and 8 MP merits) using status bolts (Acid, Blind, Bloody) and energy drain for MP.
- Duoable by 75SMN/WHM and 75THF/NIN. Barstonra used often.
- Drops around 20,000 gil. Up to 30200 with gilfinder.
- Can be mugged several times for about 4500 gil total.
