Notes: This ability will only affect those whose level is a multiple of 5 (e.g. 65, 70, 75). It has no effect on anything else. If a target's level is a multiple of 5, petrification will always occur. It cannot ever be resisted naturally, nor will Resist Petrify be able to occasionally block it.
Level Sync has no effect on this, a party synced down to 74 still had all of its level 75 members petrified.
