Found in Caedarva Mire just outside Dvucca Isle Staging Point on the western edge of the mire.
Found in Arrapago Reef @ I-6 on Map 1 (the one containing the ??? for both Corsair and Puppetmaster quests). This can be reached either through the Ilrusi Atoll Staging Point or through the Lamian Fang Door and exit North exit in the tunnels. The blm job type have double attack as well as the evasion of a thf.
