- Appears in battlefield event for Wings of the Goddess 51: Maiden of the Dusk. This is the first form of the final boss for the Wings of the Goddess storyline.
- Her attacks are conal Area of Effect, magical, wipe shadows, and inflict Knockback.
- Casts -ga enfeebling spells, often using Breakga.
- Can use Moonlight Veil, Subjugating Slash, Petaline Tempest, Durance Whip and Dark Thorn.
- Petaline Tempest inflicts AoE Max HP Down, Max MP Down, and Max TP Down.
- Durance Whip: Cone Attack, inflicts Bind/Bio/Amnesia
- Dark Thorn gives Lilith a strong Stoneskin (not Invincible) and Blaze Spikes effect, similar to Magma Hoplon.
- Subjugating Slash Cone Attack Dispel three buffs.
- Moonlight Veil: AoE high dark elemental damage and Terror (after giving a short message).
- She occasionally uses two abilities back-to-back.
- Uses Trance, during which she has access to Fatal Allure, a Charm Gaze Attack.
- May cast Comet and/or Meteor at low health for 600-1800 damage.
- Transforms into Lilith Ascendant.

- Reveals herself to come from an alternate Vana'diel future where the Crystal War never ended and is still ongoing. She also calls Portia "Mother" indicating her to be an alternate daughter of Ragelise and Portia in her original timeline. Her demonic appearance may be due to Ragelise making a pact with Odin to gain the power to defeat the Shadow Lord.
