While lanterns are up, Has access too Mayhem Lantern: AoE Charm + ~500 AoE damage. Additionally inflicts potent Shock and bestows an Attack Boost on those charmed. Not a gaze attack; this attack can still hit players that have turned around. Due to the DoT from Shock you can not sleep those who are charmed by this move.
