Has been reported to spawn resting on the ground in a broken state, but when you approach it it will "aggro" (can be witnessed by it spinning on the floor to face you). If you approach any further, it will rise off the ground, reassemble and attack you.
Often spawns fully assembled and quickly becomes aggressive.
