Spawned by using Etheral Junction at either I-6, G-8 or H-10. Must have relevant Unity Wanted quest set and have sufficient Unity accolades.
Elemental Seal + Silence seems to be an effective way to prevent Intuila's Curaga V spam. Weapon Skills that inflict silence, such as Guillotine or Tachi: Gekko, work to that end, too, if your TP build-up is quick enough.
Trust: Cherukiki can silence the NM, but this is far from being a reliable strat; there's no guarantee that she'll stick the Silence...or even cast it at all, for that matter.
