- Penumbral Impact and Dark Wave are not restricted by time of day, either can be used during daytime or nighttime. Dark Wave's Bio effect does 8/tic damage during the day, 20/tic at night.
- Accuracy/Potency of Nocturnal Combustion is affected greatly by time of day. Highest damage is done around 0:00 at night, with lowest damage done around 12:00.
- Nocturnal Combustion will only go off if you've hit the Djinn with an attack of the element corresponding to the day of the week. It may not be immediately after the attack.
Historical Background
The word "ignis" is latin for "fire." Taken literally, Ignis Djinn might mean "subtle fire" or "hidden fire," linking with the supposed building blocks of the djinn.
