Capacity  Converts the energy of an ice maneuver into magic attack when casting elemental magic spells.  Ice x 1 When equipped, this will remove all active Ice Maneuvers and apply a magic attack boost for each one when a spell is cast. Magic attack bonuses from other attachments will stack, and ice attachments appear to count the number of manvuers up before they are removed by the Ice Maker.
