This is the second Ninja Artifact Armor quest - otherwise known as AF2.

Walkthrough

• Speak with Ryoma in Norg who will give you the quest and tell you to track down Ensetsu in Port Bastok.
• Ensetsu will tell of a new player in the story, Leodarion, who resides in Rabao.
• Obtain an Oak Pole and then head to Rabao.
• Leodarion (F-8) will ask you for the Oak Pole. Trade it to him and then you must wait until the next Vana'diel day before you may speak to him again. He will then give you the Seance Staff (key item) and tell you to head to Mhaura.
• Head to Mhaura and catch the ferry around midnight.
• Once you have departed, head onto the deck and a NM ghost named Enagakure will be spawned.
• Defeat Enagakure and Leodarion will meet you when the ship docks for a cutscene completing the quest.
• Enagakure can Easily be defeated by most jobs 75
• The NM seems to pop from 20:00 to 4:00 like any undead mob would

*NOTE: I did that quest for a friend & the ghost popped around 20:45, so apparently he can pop anytime at night !
