How to Obtain

Lamia will only use this move after having their weapon knocked away. The weapon can be knocked away by either using a multi strike critical hit weaponskill or randomly from a critical melee attack.

Note:

• Bash untested, however the weaponskill must be used as the target is swinging to dissarm them.
• Tested Shield Bash earlier while attempting to acquire the spell. The 10+ times the skill was used the weapon was broken on each one. More testing needed.
• Standing on it's right side in a cone-shaped manner (assuming you have multiple people assisting you) will increase the chance of knocking away the Lamia's weapon.
• Verified 05OCT09- Dancer's "Step" skills (Boxstep, Quickstep) and Desperate Flourish will break the weapon. Took me about 10-15 Lamia to get the spell, but the PLD/DNC that helped me used steps and flourish and the Lamia's weapon was broken about 75% of the time.
