Wait one game day after completing the previous quest and then go to (I-8) Western Adoulin and check Door: Svenja's Manor for a cutscene with Alianne and Othellius.
Go to the Scouts' Coalition in Eastern Adoulin and speak with Wegellion.
Obtain a Frost Turnip and Slime Oil and trade them to Wegellion.
- Frost Turnips can be obtained from a variety of sources, including from the Garden Furrows in Mog Garden when Vegetable Seeds are planted, from Snowpelt Rabbits in Kamihr Drifts, and from various merchants.
Return to (I-8) Western Adoulin and check Door: Svenja's Manor for final cutscene and reward.
