Description:	Damage varies with TP.
Sneak Attack:	Will stack with Sneak Attack.
Equipment:	Aligned with light equipment (Light Gorget & Light Belt).
Equipment:	Aligned with thunder equipment (Thunder Gorget & Thunder Belt).
Notes:

Ignores some defense.
