Historical Background
High·landers (-lən dərs) were inhabitants of highlands, especially of the Highlands of Scotland.
In the movie "Highlander", immortal swordsmen fight one another in the hopes of being the last of their kind. Considering the description of the Immortal Molt, the item dropped from this NM, the reference is rather obvious.
