Walkthrough

Speak to Ken to begin the quest.
Obtain a Soulgauger SGR-1 from one Lined Casket and buy Blank Gauger Plates for 5 cruor each from the other.
Find any notorious monster. With the Soulgauger and plates equipped, use the Soulgauger SGR-1 to capture the image.
- Plates can be rejected if the Notorious monster had too few HP when the image was captured.
- Notorious monsters are not limited to Altepa, but are limited to Heroes of Abyssea zones.
  - Ken accepts plates from non-Heroes monsters, but awards less cruor (350 instead of 500), and you may not have a chance to earn a seal.
Return and trade the plate to Ken for your reward.
