Description Spell cost: 80 MP Spell element: Wind Target: Any PC or allied NPC. Magic skill: Enhancing Magic Jobs: Red Mage Lv. 96 Puppetmaster: Automaton equipped with Stormwaker Head. Additional Notes Spell decreases attack delay and recast timers by 30%, just as 30% in haste gear would, however this spell counts towards magical haste cap, not equipment haste cap. The precise haste value added is currently unknown. Haste% is not affected by Enhancing Magic skill, Wind Staff, or stats. Decreases Recast Time for spells (Ninjutsu, Blue Magic, White Magic, and Black Magic) and also Bard songs. Does decrease its own recast time when cast on self without haste already active. Can be blocked by /blockaid. Does not affect Ranged Attack speed. Does not decrease Casting Time. Unaffected by the job ability Accession.
