Duration decreases when cast on players below level 40.
Does not stack with and is overwritten by Flurry. Will overwrite Flurry effects.
Accession does not confer its benefits to this spell.
Automatons only cast this spell when equipped with Stormwaker Head or Soulsoother Head, maneuvers and attachments permitting.
