Also it is rumored that using the same Hall(dem, mea, holla) to teleport more than once per Earth day raises the risk of breaking the chip.

That crag will now tele you from that point on until the chip breaks. It is less likely to break your chip if you do not use the same crag twice in the same day. So do all three for three warp's in the same day. (It is not clear weather the re-set on these is 24 hours or JP midnight. I just never use the same one twice in one day and my chips never break.
